More features (slimes et al)

- Added a new room type in the fortress, the sewers, which contain slimes
- Added graphics to better show where an action will move you and your target in the turn order
- Cleaned up the path selection page
- Cleaned up some animations and the health bar on the combat page
- Switched from the default Godot font to a more appropriate font
- Added another piece of hero equipment, the spiked shield
