More features and some bug fixes
- Added ghosts that summon portcullises
- Added another new room design
- Zoom out between levels to show how the castle is growing
- Added Dagger Thrower Resistance and Quiet Lock player mods, and improved the Fire Resistance
- Some misc bug fixes
